Benson trained as a civil engineer before moving into mortgage lending, and he still approaches a loan file the way he approached a structure. Study the whole thing, check the math, explain it plainly. He founded NestMade in 2017.
He works most closely with real estate investors, particularly on DSCR, non-QM, and portfolio financing, where the right structure matters more than a headline rate.
Erika Araujo
Erika keeps the whole operation moving, and she still works directly with families, first-time buyers, and move-up buyers across the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley.
She is the person who will sit with you and go through the numbers as many times as you need, in English or Spanish, and she spends a lot of her time on the programs first-time buyers do not know exist.
Mimi Lin
Mimi builds and keeps the relationships that sit around a home loan, working with real estate agents, escrow and title teams, and financial advisors across Southern California.
